1. What Nelloz Outbid is
Nelloz Outbid is a public leaderboard of website links. Its visual ranking follows a simple rule: higher positions receive more screen space. During the current launch period, submissions are free and no payment is collected.
2. Free launch period
A free placement is promotional, temporary, nonexclusive and has no cash value. We may reorder, limit, remove or reset free placements at any time. A free position does not reserve that rank for a future paid period.
3. Future paid bidding
If paid bidding launches, prices, billing period, ranking method, refunds and renewal terms will be shown before any payment. No user who joins during the free period will be charged automatically. A bid will only become binding after an explicit checkout confirmation.
4. Your website
You must have the right to submit the website and its name. Links may not lead to unlawful, deceptive, malicious, hateful, sexually exploitative or rights infringing content. You remain responsible for your website, its security and all claims made there.
5. Ranking and availability
Rankings can change as new entries are added. Display size, order and availability may differ by screen size or technical constraints. We do not promise traffic, clicks, sales, uptime or a specific commercial result.
6. Moderation
We may review, reject, hide or remove any entry to protect users, comply with law or maintain the quality of the board. We may also block repeated or automated submissions.
7. External links
Every ranked website is operated by a third party. Nelloz does not endorse or control those sites and is not responsible for their content, privacy practices, products or services. Open external links at your own risk.
8. Liability
The service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, Nelloz is not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, lost data, third party sites or interruptions. Mandatory consumer rights and liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health remain unaffected.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these terms when the product changes. Material changes apply prospectively and will be published here. Questions or removal requests can be sent to legal@nelloz.com.
